双硫死亡(Disulfidptosis

双硫死亡一种在葡萄糖匮乏时由二硫化物应激引发的新型程序性细胞死亡,其特征是由于二硫化物积聚导致细胞骨架蛋白和F-肌动蛋白坍塌SLC7A11介导的胱氨酸摄入抑制铁死亡,但在葡萄糖匮乏时诱导双硫死亡(图1)。

Disulfidptosis, a new form of programmed cell death triggered by disulfide stress under glucose starvation, is characterized by the collapse of cytoskeleton proteins and F-actin due to the intracellular accumulation of disulfides. SLC7A11-mediated cystine uptake suppresses ferroptosis yet induces disulfidptosis under glucose starvation (Fig.1).
