泛凋亡(PANoptosis)


泛凋亡(PANoptosis

泛凋亡是新近发现的一种炎症性程序细胞死亡,受到泛凋亡体(PANoptosome)的调控,具有凋亡、程序性坏死以及焦亡的关键特征,不能被凋亡、程序性坏死以及焦亡中任意一种死亡方式单独表征(图1)。

PANoptosis is a newly discovered inflammatory programmed cell death that is regulated by the PANoptosome. It has key characteristics of apoptosis, necroptosis and pyroptosis, but cannot be independently characterized by any one of apoptosis, necroptosis and pyroptosis (Fig.1).
