焦亡(Pyroptosis

焦亡是一种促炎性程序性细胞死亡,其由炎性小体激活的caspase通过切割gasderminGSDM,包括GSDMDGSDME)诱导(图1)。

Pyroptosis is a form of proinfammatory programmed cell death triggered by the cleavage of gasdermin (GSDMincluding GSDMD and GSDME via inflammasome-associated caspases (Fig.1).
