程序性坏死是一种非凋亡的炎症性程序性细胞死亡,即受调控的坏死形式。程序性坏死过程混合谱系激酶域样Mixed-lineage kinase-likeMLKL蛋白磷酸化介导,并由细胞表面死亡受体以及RNADNA传感分子的激活启动(图1

Necroptosis is a nonapoptotic form of programmed inflammatory cell death and a regulated form of necrosis. The necroptotic process depends on the phosphorylation of mixed-lineage kinase-like (MLKL), which is initiated by the activation of cell surface death receptors and RNA- and DNA-sensing molecules (Fig.1).
